Currently I am working in partnership on a luxury Air Bnb property in the Philippines to familiarize myself in short-term rentals.I live in Cerritos, CA and am looking to invest into a multi-family home to house-hack in Orange County, CA to get started.I will need a residential agent and possibly a contractor.I look forward to learning and hopefully working with you all!

However, even though we found it a bit odd that the husband didn’t have all the details right away, we decided to move forward with the application process.

I suggest next time you make sure that you have enough money for a deal before proceeding forward. 

Take a break from larger multifamily acquisitions for now, as they may not align with your current capacity or risk tolerance.Whatever you choose, know that setbacks are part of the journey, and you’ve already gained skills and insights to make smarter, more deliberate moves moving forward.
