Jackie Lange, Great answer.To add to her answer, you can always find wholesale buyers on here, craigslist, and you can buy pre-existing lists from some web sites who sell that type of info (be careful, some fake ones out there).Also go to your local Real Estate Investor Clubs near your area to network, not to mention, find investor friendly Realtors who make a living combing the MLS for investment properties.They are likely to have buyers seeking wholesale deals.Wholesale Advise Below:BUT!!!!!
