My longterm goals are buy and hold multifamily rentals and commercial areas where I'd like to run physical therapy clinics (current PTA) with reduced expenses.I'm currently driving for dollars and will be pushing some online marketing soon.

I’ve been working in clinical research for the last 6 years, but I would like to leave that industry sooner than later. 

My background is in clinical operations, project management and lean six sigma analysis. 

It sounds like it's pretty centralized to a few hospitals (Cleveland Clinic) and large national companies (Walmart). 

There are free spay/neuter clinics if you look to suggest for the owners.

I am a PhD. in Molecular Biology by training, NY licensed clinical laboratory scientist by profession and US equity stocks day trader by passion but a learner and student for life!

This office is is leased to a clinic with whom we also have a professional service contract through another corporation (let's call it Medical Corp).  

That being said, make sure you are able to cover rent, late fees, and any court costs that are legally charged back to you. if you have further questions, most towns have a free or reduced cost legal clinic for tenants.

I've collected rent in bars, restaurants, casinos, WalMart, my driveway, at an armed security gate at a refinery, a medical clinic, a hospital room, and ATM's at a bank and convenience store.  

Accent counseling drug rehab, sleep clinic, medical, etc.
