Should you try and be clever and cut corners, the lender will have rights to appeal and you will be mired in a poop sandwiche of legal costs.

No concept of the expenses like Linens and credit card fees and commissions and self employment taxes and cleaning fees and handyman fees and coffee type setup coats and furnishings etc. no concept of how rapidly people are jumping into short term rental and can drive down occupancy and prices over the next several years.

What I don't buy at auction, I buy at Wal Mart (linens, cookware, utensils, etc).Washer $75.Dryer $75.Stove $100.Fridge $100.2 recliners $50.Tables and lamps $50.Dining table and chairs $50.2 bedroom suites $300.2 old style televisions, free.That's $800.Probably spend $400 at Wal Mart for soft goods.Finally my biggest single expense is the Smart TV for the living room, $250.My tenants work 10-12 hours a day, 6-7 days a week. 

I'm trying to figure out a clever way around that annoying factor.Any advice or words of wisdom would be much appreciated!

The house come fully furnished with linen and everything.

You are paying utilities, furnishings, linens and consumable supplies. 

and is there a linen closet or something in the bathroom that could be used as an entry to the bedroom?

Remember with STRs, you have to furnish and decorate the entire place, and buy linens and towels (plus multiple sets for extras), and cookware and all kitchen stuff.
