Do you have actual blood in your veins?

There's specific knowledge that can only come with ownership - buying and selling as a broker doesn't make up for the blood, sweat, tears, triumphs, and lessons learned of ownership specific to a jurisdiction. 

Cash flow is the life blood of real estate, and as a wise man once said, "You can't eat equity."

"Wholesaling" is when you have a bunch of wholesale wanna bees, call the MLS listing owner and tell them.. yo blood, I can wholesale your house....1) They than offer a price that is a little bit above the value of the MLS listing  MINUS the commission they would have paid if the listing goes through.2) or worse they add their fee on top of the friggin MLS price.The seller doesn't give a poop because he would be happy enough to sell the house at what he asked for..So word of caution...

The weather is cool and temperate.I have found that just about all of my rental properties have mildew issues.I have installed vents in all rooms to promote air circulation.  

Like the time someone cleaned a fish on the outside dining table and just left the blood and scales to rot in the summer sun for a few days. 

In the definition section of the Code of Ordinances, the definition of family is as follows: “One or more persons related by blood, adoption, or marriage, or not more than two (2) unrelated persons living and cooking together as a single housekeeping unit.”

so from my perspective I have to keep 500k out of circulation during the loan process times.. then the loan fails.. now you have 500k with major drag.. 

Maybe we are to lax, but we’ve found that you can’t get blood from a stone.

Evaluate the market and find out about local ad rates, land lease rates, ordinances, zoning, demographics, market rankings and traffic circulation.
