I do provide pillows, linens, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil.  

This is not her cup of tea, so I have to be the one to communicate to her when I think I have found a good deal.

The place was built in early 1980's and while there may have been a few rehabs since then from previous owners, it is not exactly our cup of tea (outdated floors, appliances, paint - however maintained very well).

I highly recommend Zinus Green Tea or the like.
