Dominoes pizza went with the tech company that happens to deliver pizzas and if you look at the Zillow CEO, his background and their growing notability/market presence,you could see a foreseeable leader taking Zillow to a 21st century route that I couldn’t put in words to comprehend but it exists.

It’s near my family in central Florida and I love the solid, block construction of the mid-century Florida homes :) you’re right though, perhaps I should look at selling it versus the HELOC or refinancing options, multi families certainly do make more than SFHs!

I would think that would be a big negative for many.The only place I see big revisions like this is in more expensive houses...often the mid-century type in North Dallas where there was formal living that many won't use any more...so people knock down a wall and open up the kitchen.If this house is in the older part of Mckinney East of 75....what is your target market for end user?

In this century, I've been through 2 big real estate downturns, the 2001-2002 tech recession that was more regional (at least in the really "bad" aspects) and the Great Recession.
