But once your in a actual office and learning setting .. there are all sorts of free course the brokers have for you your directly talking and going to meetings with successful people.. trying to do this and think hey I am going to be an investor before I even know what I am going to do or how to do it .. to me is about as tough as it gets.. yes you can listen to pod cast and read blogs etc.. but nothing is as good as sitting with top producers and listen to how they do things.. and be on their team.. you get paid to learn. then you can invest .. one you get experience and two you get paid to get experience..

The rest is cosmetic maintenance that was never completed... old cast iron tubs with worn caulked seams, peeling and cracking tiled floors, floors that have been wet and need new sub floors, some roof truss work as well as some floor joist work where the previous owner cut two of the joists to plumb the tub.

they pull at every emotional heart string.. you deserve this .. this is so simple do you have what it takes.. your financial freedom number.. like being self employed is something everyone wants. some do fine other fail.. and these are just training programs they don't guarantee success.. just like watching BP pod cast or reading blogs or talking on this site hardly guarantees your success.. real estate is hard.. it takes drive money and dedication .

I have been sponging on pod casts, webinars as able and reading previous forum posts in to try avoid asking the same ol newbie questions. :) Ive read a few beginner rei type books, and am aiming to narrow my focus from the general reading to more targeted focus of individual methods for getting in the game.

We had one where the bathroom was circa 1960's in fact the (felt like 500lb) cast iron tub had the made in 1961 stamp on it.
