The repairs & maintenance costs start to get pretty high after the 10 year mark and considering either leasing vs buying cash on a 2011 model for by business car. I

The driveway is single car width from the street down the side of the house, and then opens up to be 2 car widths in the back, so I allowed 1 car per tenant to have driveway access.Well, problems have emerged because 1 car is too large, 1 tenant doesn't have the skill to pull in and around (or back up without hitting house), etc, etc.

It's still affordable unlike Midtown and Wynwood and yet these trendy, sought after areas are only minutes away by car. I

Always the same spots.Every couple of days, they are being switched around, always different colors, so, nobody can claim that the car is abandoned on this spot. 

I also don't have the best credit either I cosigned with my dad on the house webought cause i had credit score of 780 at 21 years old but the debt to income ruined my credit as well as a car i lost cause i couldn't find work in 2009-2010.  

My process:Credit check, criminal check, social security verification, former Landlord verification, employment verification, look in prospect’s car, I make the calls and fax the necessary verification paperwork, spend lots of time talking to the new prospect.

What's illegal and dishonest is that the zip code my car is registered in is 48236 has both a Detroit Side and a Grosse Pointe Farms side.
