I suggest if you're going the "bleach & baking soda" route you spray the affected area let the bleach settle in for 24 hours before you scrub at it.

Look into cleaning with strong products or a vinegar and baking soda mix the windows and doors, specially the frame area where it might not be painted.

Tenant may be able to keep drains clean and clear with regular maintenance by pouring down the drain a quarter cup of baking soda followed by a half cup of vinegar.

Watch out for companies that love to stiff agents too, agents doing BPOs are easier to find than a soda can on the side of the road and the market treats you as such.

They are always dressed well with newer clothes and shoes.One day I saw one of them go buy a soda and some food at a gas station close by, then return to holding his sign for a handout.If people stopped giving them handouts, they would be forced to go and get a job.Chris
