If you get an agent to help set up an automated email list, you can browse the properties that come on the market in that price range from your daily inbox (some days may not have anything for your criteria). 

My Zillow interface no longer is setup like the one in the example. 

I've been able to locate solds on realtor.com before, just a awkward user interface. redfin, might work better for the task.

Would like to start enrolling in an automated email system to start browsing deals!

While I'd love to see them make the interface a little better, I do like the simple, scalable $1/mo/unit pricing that's affordable for small associations. 

I come to this when browsing bay area market.
