Just put them on Craigslist and turbotenant which will broadcast to a lot of places for free.

I haven’t broadcast this to my tenants but I’ll work with them.

It sounds like the landlord broadcasted his racism; for this to occur over the span of 20 years without Fair Housing/HUD investigating this and punishing him is shocking. 

Tracks expenses, broadcasts your rentals, collects applications, screens your tenants, applies late fees, has a web-facing portal for each tenant where they pay their rent and can report maintenance issues, tracks and sends out lease renewals,  and much more.   

In fact, our podcast, The Real Wealth Show, is now broadcast in 27 countries, so it's not just Californians we are helping now.Our system is not for everyone.

The saddest and funniest part, it's public, right out in the open, not hidden 1-bit just like every great conqueror before they have been broadcasting the intent and the masses simply ignore it all. 

For us, it collects all of our rents, deposits it into the bank, it broadcasts our vacancies, screens the tenants, accepts applications, tracks leases, tracks expenses, applies late fees, let’s tenants report maintenance issues, and so forth, and so on.  

That's just a proxy for how non- tech-savvy they are.It's more the laundry list of other issues that prop management platforms like Rentredi solve (automatic rent collection, automatic reminders, automatic late charges, automatic broadcast messages instead of posting manual flyers, automatic lease signing/document uploads, automatic scheduling for appointments, organization, etc.)I imagine that professional property managers or those managing their own units have to be using tools like this.

In the FWIW department, we use Rentec Direct to manage our rentals, which will “broadcast” (market) our properties to all the websites - in addition to publishing a website for each rental and collects applications for us from the referrals.  

I will broadcast my intentions and see what comes of it!
