You spend about 15 million on a place. 12k sqft, helipad, 200ft lakefront, 8 bedrooms 10 baths, you use one of the boutique property managers that book these places in Tahoe or Breckenridge etc.

A little trick are use is to find a nice boutique hardware store and install beautiful hardware on the cabinets.

Smaller boutique companys might be better but can really vary and they may be less apt to take on someone new.When starting out make sure you are somewhere you feel comfortable and they offer good mentorship and training.
