I smell a scam for sure.

First time I did it there was an entire indentation of a persons upper body in the wall. 

Once in the past, I used an Ozone machine to help with the smoke smell and it did make a difference.

Has anyone had any luck salvaging old wood floors that are stained with dog pee and smell like dogs?
