Marketing is actually one of my natural strong points, although I have never done marketing in this industry, most of my marketing skill is in aviation and online help for personal growth and development.

 I work in human services making garbage money with a BA in English.

I ask, because if your company is covering, than hotels are great, easy, and safe, and usually include breakfast and other services (such as a gym, taxi services, translation help, etc.).Finally, hotels have a higher standard of English, while many guesthouses and serviced apartment owners don't speak English at all.

I think the biggest issue was most the owners are non English speaking.  

You could study English literature, Anthropology or even History and become a good flipper. 

My first investment was to learn English.

Can any of you provide thoughts on:1)  Fredericktowne Village (not the Golden Mile mall area... the area NE of downtown, Stratford Dr, etc)2)  Country Side (off Rt 85 just north of English Muffin Way)3)  Old Farm (across Ft Detrick from Amber Meadows)Thanks for any input.

Move to a major city in Asia and teach English for a year.
