In my operating agreement for LLC B, I specifically state the managers/members of LLC A have full authority to make decisions, execute contracts, etc, but there is no explicit personal info listed for LLC B.  

Your tenants - as long as they are worth anything- will inherently respect your authority as a landlord.

My main questions would be: how long does the entire process take from applying to actually having possible tenants to start picking from, and how do they determine exact amount for rent (the amounts listed on the housing authority site seem way higher than market rent, I’m wondering if I will actually get those numbers or not)any other general tips or advice is also appreciated!

When I did it correctly, they denied the transaction and informed me that my TAX ID and account is no longer authorized to use Melio, with NO EXPLANATION.

They purchased a few homes, renovated, and jumped on Bigger Pockets when it was young to establish themselves as authorities.

In my state after the court and estate nominate a personal representative to administer the estate the court issues them letters of authority.
