Yes they can blast you and say what they want, as long as it’s truthful not much you can do about it either.

I know that there is a plethora of forms on the internet and folks pass them around like candy, but truth is, the property management business involves a lot of legal issues and situations.

But the truth is that property management companies routinely mark up repair invoices to cover their staff cost fro managing the repair.

The truth is that any business can lose money in the short term and long term. 

Seeing someone actually say the truth about this on these forums is refreshing. 

As is an all but universal truth in investing, there is a cost to lowering risk exposure, a cost to returns.

I have probably spent over a solid year just immersing myself in any course that I could find about negotiating, and to tell you the truth, those negotiating courses that I listened to probably helped me make money in this business than any thing else. ( Jack Napier i believe his name  is a good negotiation guru)      I feel that even today listening to Ron Legrand will do anyone looking for knowledge some good....
