so much has been written about keeping a positive mindset - you could literally get lost just thinking about it.i think what's most important for alot of investors just starting out is to approach everything you do with a an attitude that screams -I'M GOING TO DO THIS AND MAKE IT MAKE ME MONEY!

If I can do 2 or 3 more deals like this I look to make close to $80-100K this year.When my family barks at this I'll take them to dinner and write it off as a business expense while telling them how I did it.The no Sayers are just that... use there negative attitude to drive you even more...And remember a failure is just another lesson learned!

I can't really explain it well, but the people, their attitudes, and their sense of camaraderie were amazing and I'm completely sold on the company.I'm seriously considering pursuing real estate as a full-time career so Keller William is definitely in the running of brokers that I'm considering.However, make sure to do your due diligence.

I market and then I when I find a good deal I get it under contract and then assign it over to another person.You can't do that.Okay have a nice day.He had a really weird attitude, so I didn't feel like educating this guy, and let him go.There is also zero marketing in my community.
