Most of the opportunity seems to lie just outside of the big circles around the main part of the cities you mention. 

This goes back to what I've been posting for a while and that's the fact most investors cannot articulate the risks they are protecting against or how these elaborate entity structures will actually protect them and there lies the problem. 

@Christopher Harrison you can get information from the county assessors office.

Even if it comes back blank because of lack of history, you at least rule out if they are lying.

To summarize, I am fully equipped, licensed, and knowledgeable to handle all aspects of the actual repair, however my ignorance lies within the funding (hard money) and the business aspects of home flipping.
