Being a native what is your take on politics with the city before and during covid? 

I have access to a one page sim0plified contract that a Alabama native created that works in any state because it is very specific to the  repeatable transaction.

I'm a native NHerite and see a lot of pros to living/investing in that state in the longer term.

I'm a York native and have recently started analyzing deals in the area.

I am a Pittsburgh native and currently work for an insurance agency on the North Shore.

Hey Jay,As a fell CA native and buy and hold out of state investor, I can empathize with your current state of affairs. 

Some people STR a literal 100 sq ft Native American teepee...doubt you'll find many takers for LTR on that thing.That said, portfolio diversity is important for lots of reasons. 

Florida ....and the population of Canada is a lot more than FL.Vaccination is fortunately not as much of a political football here and people actually understand science so I expect that there will be some very vocal people groaning but most people will welcome the chance to show their love for their elders and neighbours...Canada definitely has a lot of warts (a la native Americans) but being pro life is definitely not one of our warts :-)
