The toaster I bought from Walmart for $9 that burns the bread hasn't gotten stolen yet. 

If you get some units think of it as a retirement job, you are building wealth and making a little spending money, has to be better than being a walmart greeter.

I am retired and don’t know how to operate a cash register at Walmart so I better make this work!

When Walmart came to town they were welcomed with open arms and no opposition, as it saved a 10 to 20 mile trip to a supermarket.To operate in these areas, you do the opposite and look for the opposite of growth, new jobs, new industries, and growing economies. 

One idea I’ve thought about is paylease which allows a tenant to pay at places like Walmart

Technically my General Contractor  status is a result of pulling my own permits for the properties I own in Cleveland heights from the 44112 to 44118 zip codes as well one right up Warrensville Center Road,  I know exactly where your property is located, close to the shopping center with a Wal-Mart, TJ Max etc. 

A way to make coffee is also a must, whether it be a Keurig or a $20 coffee pot from Walmart.

Walmart starts everyone at $12/hour & Amazon starts all their employees at $15/hour.

It's all about scaling those small profits up... ask Walmart.
