It meant no TV or going out with friends and no vacations for nearly 18 months (I rehabbed 7 units).  

Has a fully stocked operational liquor store and tv repair shop in the front, facing a road that gets good traffic.

Or have lazy people sit on it watching tv and complaining all day.

We have a TV with NetFlix in the bedroom.
