I have been going to lunch with investors in my area and going to meetups to build relationships and I will keep my reputation impeccable.Awesome idea for Craigslist and newspaper I could even call the signs I see posted everywhere "WE BUY HOUSES CASH" just to see what they are doing and tell them what I have.

In some states constructive notice, essentially posting in a newspaper with adequate circulation, is sufficient for junior liens.
