Typically these will have some amenities like a pool, lake or are near a national park, etc and will attract people for longer stays 3-7 days.

Hello, I just recently visited Pinecrest Lake and love the area and I'm thinking about getting my next STR around there. 

Either 50+ miles or vacation-like amenities - on a lake or in the mountains, etc.

Lakewood is a very sought after rental area with high rental rates, and a lot of people will pay high rents to live in close proximity to Lakewood, and downtown Cleveland, which this area is right in the middle of those two, as well as right by lake erie.
