To name a few differences, Southwest Philadelphia has less of an influence from University City, a trolley instead of the more frequent Market Frankford subway is used for travel to employment hubs in Center City, the housing stock often looks cheaper, etc.

I'm sure this isn't the main issue but something to note and that I notice immediately as someone with a lot of hair/body products in the shower2 subway tiles high of a cubby in the showers is not big enough to fit many/most products.

My personal opinion is I would never invest in Revere (even over by Wonderland - which is the end of the Blue Line on the T [subway system] - for those aren't local to MA).
