Maybe demo it and put up a subway tile?

To name a few differences, Southwest Philadelphia has less of an influence from University City, a trolley instead of the more frequent Market Frankford subway is used for travel to employment hubs in Center City, the housing stock often looks cheaper, etc. 

If you pick the right place then Kew Gardens is not too far for the subway and the LIRR.North of Jamacia Avenue seems better by the park again. 

We plan on doing white subway tile all the way around the tub.

I have been slowly renovating units and this is one I haven’t gotten to yet ( although now she will have a brand new subway tile shower)

I'm sure this isn't the main issue but something to note and that I notice immediately as someone with a lot of hair/body products in the shower2 subway tiles high of a cubby in the showers is not big enough to fit many/most products.  

My personal opinion is I would never invest in Revere (even over by Wonderland - which is the end of the Blue Line on the T [subway system] - for those aren't local to MA).

We put in standard white subway tiles.

The subway tile backsplash was another days work $175.

Some good franchise options are FedEx routes (I know I owned a few) subway (you need a few of these tips make a good living 1 will not suffice)
