Hello everyone,I am looking into syndication deals to invest in as LP in the Austin/San Antonio area.

I had talked to one particular group on a property of ours in San Antonio, but after about four or five houses and they still did not act like anything would fit then I pretty well gave up on it. 

Now, I have been successfully investing in the San Antonio market since 2019 with 6 rental properties in my portfolio.

I live in the San Francisco Bay Area and acquired 2 properties (one SFH solely owned and an apartment complex, co-owned with other investors) pre-2013.

We have brand new duplex's in San Antonio that cash flow about $500/month.

I invest in the San Francisco Bay Area and Indianapolis area.

Their current turn over time is 3-4 weeks in San Jose.

Insurance would cover it, I would pay the deductible, and no assets would be lost.If you are in an area like San Diego where people are more likely to sue, a judge is more likely to find you guilty, and the payout is expected to be higher, you may consider an umbrella insurance policy.

First, I wish there was a location for San Bernardino County (SBC), especially since it is the largest county in the US with so much variance of investment potential.
