I would first advise the client to look into the foundation of the structure and then understand that the shared walls are not meant to be exposed.if the property passes the location test, then i would move to structural test, then to water mitigation test.It is likely tho that there will need to be some sort of reinforcing done on the structure regardless of its current condition.
