So, the first question they usually ask a PMC is about fees - instead of asking about services and HOW those services are executed.EXAMPLE: PMC states they will handle tenant screening – what does that specifically mean?

. --- Who gets all the phone calls and wastes time calming a tenant down because the owner's contractor doesn't show up as scheduled after they took time off from work or a 3 day job takes 3 weeks?

Use the top three or four discriminators so applicants can screen themselves.Then you need to have clear screening criteria yourself.

I would spend hours on the phone assisting them with their deals, I’d write all their questions down and then sit with Dave and the other PPR partners, after work getting their answers.

You will find that lenders will reach out to you and try to ally alongside you (I know I have received a few emails and phone calls from different lenders trying to offer their services) but few are willing to 'teach' you.

The feedback seems a bit general or maybe you just condensed it for the post...If not, I'd personally have a chat with your agent about what they are asking in those follow-up questions and hope they are assertively making those follow-up phone calls with your showings.
