But in my observations of scrub wearing pedestrians, I haven't spotted any on Cross St.

Quick observation 2 months on from HQ2 announcement -  waiting lists for investment condos in new or renovated buildings in Arlington neighborhoods.

It has been my experience and observation that the relationship between the Landlord (LL) and the Property Manager (PM) is critical and cannot be overstated...but it is also extremely precarious.

My observation so far is that the staff at the city  just want you to check the boxes, and don't really care what your use is. 

You can also ask them to Skype you while they are in the house so you can talk to them about their observations right as they are walking the property.
