hey jacob, great 20/20 i'm currently working to acquire 7 -8 units all 4plexes here in my home state, i think Multi-family is the way to start out, but definitely be open to any investment or how i like to say "envestment" opportunities, if the #'s work then its a win-win in my book, keep posting but most of all keep sharing keep us posted on your next project or endeavors my neighboring colleague. and we work with several realtors here in baton r.
