If not, send them a notice that you are calling a locksmith to come and change the locks-they will be given a copy of the key along with the PM. 

Should in this price that was paid , include landscaping costs , "materials , utilities , locksmith fees "?

If they do accept it then have a locksmith on standby........that's what I've done.

I also have my locksmith set the locks up so you have 1 key for the front and back door locks.

What I did was buy them from a small locksmith online and asked him to re-key all the locks to the same key.

I have all of the things in the example lease, and I added extra clauses for things like keeping track of keys and locksmiths, burning candles and grills safely, cleaning and lawncare, an expanded clause on not clogging drains, no pools, etc.

They then go back with keys and/or a locksmith.

I install them myself, but some not so bright people on here would probably pay a locksmith to install them. 

I called a local lock smith and he told me he wouldn't use them because hes had to drill 12 out in the last year.
