Property management companies
when a property management company is paid to make a property ready for a next tenant Money is paid for this.
Should in this price that was paid , include landscaping costs , "materials , utilities
, locksmith fees "? I have a rent ready fee and these fees on top of the rent ready fee.
How can you have a maintenance fee if the property is not rented out?
Then there's another fee for "rent ready in house labor RR"
I'm a new investor . The property is a " Turnkey home" only rented out for a few months.
