I personally don't underwrite using airbnb numbers and make sure cash flow looks good on year leases just in case airbnb no longer becomes viable down the road.

We are keeping the condo as a vacation home and do not rent it out, but are enjoying the tax benefits and have seen great appreciation just in the year and a half that we have owned it.
