So it's purchased as a primary, and it very well may be, but ideally it will not be and I will stay the course as stated above and buy a primary in which case I believe I'm following all of the rules and just sort of want to get a better grasp on what I can/cannot do with that type of situation in regards to LLC and if anyone else can foresee any issues. 

This gave me an even better grasp on the local market and neighborhoods.

Just nice to grasp the basic idea and understand a seemingly complicated subject and process.

I want to grasp the concept of wholesaling locally before I move to a virtual market.

The lower price ranges are on fire and with lending becoming easier to obtain on condos and hoa's in litigation I would expect those to continue to sell quickly and for top dollar.Hope this is helpful.For sure you Vegas guys have a better grasp on these tea leaves.

It was only recently, when listening to the audio book "The Compound Effect" did I truly grasp how much I required immediate gratification. 

I'd think questioning should go both ways.For me what I'm looking for is to fill a void in some way, and maybe the person in front of me has a better grasp on something that I don't.  

Fix the easy stuff of course.Have a grasp on the just right price. 

My goal going in was just to pick up something from listening and believe that I have grasped a couple business/life changing aspects.  

You may have to pay them a little but you will soon get a grasp on associated cost and it will be alot better to spend this money than having the wool pulled over your eyes.
