I use Facebook groups a lot but vet the contacts  that I find there  with caution..we do have a property manager at moment .She has had no luck yet finding viable qualified tenants unfortunately . 

Several people I know were unhappy that they had been sales-pitched to the highest price.The private facebook group was a big reason I did decide to join, hoping to connect with others who could use me on their team.

I would search Gainesville Florida Bigger Pockets Investor Meetup on facebook and request to join.

There is a Vermont STR Facebook group that I follow to keep an eye on where Vermont is headed with STR.

You can find it on Facebook "Birmingham Investor Social".

Check out the FaceBook Group "San Angelo's Investor & Entrepreneur Network" they may or may not still be doing monthly meet ups.
