Roughly two years ago I was dating a surgeon and she had a conference down in Tampa/Clearwater and asked if I wanted to come along. 

I've been a well-regarded industry conference speaker for the past 15 years.

I'm a member of LS I and I was doing my own deals so I was thinking what can they show me I join the basic membership and it was great I also went to other Reia's, BP, different conferences on real estate and after I dove deep I joined LS Pig program I'm a passive on a couple of MF deals and it has been great for me and my family we are studying to find our first MF deal but it is like anything else you have to do the work.  

There are only a certain number of homes that can be built new the beaches or Eastern Shore waterfront communities.

Network network network.Work with brokers and the local investor community.Strong social media presence.Online networking events on Zoom and Meet Up.Attend multifamily conferences.

My opinion is this is one of those moments.Maybe that makes me persona non grata for podcasts and conferences that want to project an upbeat image on Multifamily, syndications, or real estate in general, but I can only call it as I see it. 

Sea World and Universal is a large draw on top of golf, conferences and sporting tournaments. 

Get all the parties on a conference call.
