After meeting with a number (like 8) different contractors the quotes i got back made the deal, not a deal (i think).

**They adjust on the fly & don’t rely on scripts- Every seller’s situation is different.

The people who struggle here usually underestimate those factors.One thing I do differently than most: I share actual performance data from my rentals—purchase prices, rehab details, rent numbers, lessons learned, and backstories.

However, because I believe it hurt bookings, I only charge the guests $230 and increased the daily rate to make up the difference, which has worked great. 

Hoping against hope lol.We’ll look into purchasing a different property when we decide to sell. 

Cool to see but could have done that at my own pace..... the property tours are informative and show the different levels of facilities...
