Both investors made the same decisions and bought similar deals. 

It takes them forever to sign documentation and make decisions.

We’ve made the decision that neither of us want to deal with an after hour emergency call from a tenant so we use a PM company.  

That's a decision you have to make. 

Buyback event is like a final decision of property owner to get the property sold - first he needs to get 100% of income share tokens back.

My piece of advice would be to make sure you have a great agent in your corner to help you assess the market, make informed decisions, etc. having a good agent can be day & nights difference when it comes to your experience.

This decision increased our budget from $15K to $45K, but it turned out to be a wise investment.
