More specifically, Dallas-Fort Worth. 

I would love to get connected with the community down in Dallas!

No one in Dallas or Fort Worth wants to drive their RV or Boat back to the city, even if they have the zoning.  

We would like to get started with our first rent home, but with the market in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas I am having trouble finding good margins.

Or maybe a certain total value per each LLC - for example, $1,000,000 worth of properties per LLC (whether that was 3 properties, 5 properties, or 10 properties).That being said, I was recently talking to a guy who owns 67 SFRs in the Dallas-Ft.

I'm trying to do the same thing here in the Dallas area.

One can find good investments in New York and Chicago, just as well as Dallas, Texas or Charlotte, North Carolina.

It is a 3 bed 1 bath located in Dallas, Wi. 2900 square feet, built in 1920, 1 car garage, and a beat down shed in back.The house definitely needs some love to up the value of home, but I have the knowledge to do 90% of the work myself for this flip.
