To try to answer this myself I read this on their website (#8 in the list):Choosing to compound in the 3-year, 12% targeted PPR fund increases your overall annualized return to 14.3%.I also read through the compounding examples in PPR's offering.

Upon contacting Rent to Retirement, we were told by the rep that Delta "cut off" communication with Rent to Retirement and if we choose to continue with Delta Build, we will have to resolve issues with them ourselves as Rent to Retirement can no longer speak on our behalf.

Jaron Walling said something that caught my attention, "search for and buy a bad roof, leverage it during the negotiation"....especially of the property has been sitting on the market longer than normal for the current market, a "bad roof" might be a gift from the real estate genie.My point is this: get good at estimating and fixing a bad roof (or any particular problem found with most houses that sit on the market longer) and you'll get comfortable buying/fixing properties that scare off other buyers.
