You will need someplace to store couches, chairs, tables, bedroom sets and so on and the labor and vehicle to move all of this around. 

We fit three large chairs very comfortably there.  

I just had a tennant leave this week and she left a small tv,couch, 2 chairs, and other junk.

Also consider staging a table and chairs in the room if room large enough.

. 😂 Carpeted kitchen, creepy hallway of many doors, the antique chair convention in that one room...Looks like it's been sitting a while, guess nobody can figure out what to do with it, lol.

Plus, extremely minimalistic furniture (inflatable bed, foldable chair, foldable table).
