Hey all like the title says, total newb to REI. I live in Shawnee KS.

My original desire was to flip houses, but have been converted to doing Lonnie deals in my area or within a few hundred miles.

I am just trying to learn all I can and this board is a good start so far.

Thanks, Ima just pull up a chair, get some popcorn and lurk for a while, so far the board has been very educational, thanks to all the experts that share what they can............ :mrgreen:

Edit: I dont wanna mislead here, I have yet to do any deals, just getting the nerve up to do it.
