Once I have the property under contract, I will be looking for formal bids.The property is in Bloomfield, NJ so anyone in Montclair, Newark, Orange, East Orange, Belleville, Glen Ridge, Nutley Clifton, Passaic, Lyndhurst would be great (sorry everyone for the keyword alert blast!).

I've been considering the Linville/Jonas Ridge area as I LOVE the Gorge, and figured it is still close enough to Sugar Mountain, Grandfather, etc. to get some attention.

we built some houses up on Thompson ridge subdivision the new builds way to the right and learned some steep lesson about the coast.. so much so I would never build there again.

And Mission Ridge is expanding too!

Some areas i can suggest are mostly southern Bergen County easy for commute like Lyndhurst, North Arlington, Rutherford, East Rutherford, Carlstadt, Wood Ridge, Hasbrouck Heights, Lodi, Garfield, Hackensack, Little Ferry and Cliffside Park. 

The draw to this property is that it sits on a ridge top with beautiful views, has wildlife feed plots planted, conservation pine forests, pond, etc.

There is a large town home development in chubbuck called pheasant Ridge.

or do you add in new rafters and attach at the ridge spine and attach to the outside of the added on wall room wall?
