I'm currently between Beverly Hills and Manhattan, both of which seem to have significant barriers to entry for multi-family investment, which leads to my first question:1) Should you typically only invest in markets in close proximity?

I ran the zip code 90210 in Beverly Hills as an example.

I'm currently located in the Culver City/Beverly Hills area but I previously lived/worked in Mar Vista, Sawtelle Corridor/Little Osaka, and in Santa Monica. 

@Beverly Meola The seller provided a very rudimentary expense list for 2017, but did not provide anything else. 

When I type the address in Apple maps, a Santa Monica address appears- or n Santa Monica the middle of Santa Monica blvd( grassy area)in Beverly Hills.
