Filling up the wall in the kitchen then after a hole was punched through filling the bottom floor 6-10 inches (water stains on the wall and visible mold on the baseboards, cabnits) The carpet is now dry so I have no idea how long the water was sitting.

@Emilio Hey Emilio, the walls are 10" inches thick because the basement height is 9'.I used Asak on the exterior way porch/posts/trim, its easier to work with, will not rot, and lasts forever.

That was materials and labor to replace the bathtub drain assembly, a new P trap, and 1.5 inch PVC pipe to the main stack that was about three feet away. $1,500 that you got charged is highway robbery.

This includes the sheriff serving the papers and being present when I open the door.I would also bring a video camera over there before moving anything and take a shot of every inch of that unit.

The wall unit got the door almost down one time, but several inches from the floor it reversed itself all the way back up, and now will move only a few inches.

His drug dealer kept coming over, he'd stay up until 4h00am, make noise, etc I had some furniture in the rental basically and old bed, a desk, a 27 inch tv, a fridge and a range, he just used that because I didn't have time to remove then and didn't really care anyway, he never brought in ANY of his own furniture (he kept telling me his stuff was in a locker while in fact he didn't have anything).
