My husband and I are about to purchase a log cabin in the Austin, TX area that has been in my family since it was built in 2005. 

Apparently, there was an issue with being logged into the payment portal rather than the backend of your LeadPropeller account and therefore could not access the appropriate menus. 

You’ll probably want one that has an on-premise NVR (box that all the cameras record to), so you’re really only using the bandwidth for when you need to log in and view something.

I like that it emails me and I can easily go back through at the rental history instead of checking different bank accounts every month for the different payments, instead I can just log into one account if I want or just check my email.

In my market our MLS this requires the unlicensed assistant to take a class and get their own  MLS ID and log-in. 

I've even tried logging in via different web browsers too.

Apparently one of my new tenant's dogs log the water. 

If I have to chase them for the money do I log my request at my local court or their local court?

I am new to BP so I am attempting to grasp the site every time I log on lol.

This has been simple, and I keep an electronic log of when she pays; I'm just trying to find the best way to make it show on her credit report.
