One roll of paper towels on the kitchen counter with one garbage bag.  12 pack of bottled water in the fridge.I think of it as providing the kind of little life necessities that most people don't think of until they need it NOW! 

Seven month later they moved out over one weekend leaving me with 40+ bags of garbage, utilities off and spoiling food in the frig and a kitty litter box full of....well, you know (and no pets were allowed in the place).Since then I've had at least three other applicants put down friends names as landlords. 

Last bag I found I picked up, I called the cops.

I have already gotten them a welcome gift bag prior to them moving in- since they just had a baby, I got them a baby outfit, a large wall decal for the nursery, and baby cleaning supply..

It always made more sense to me to have the $30 bag and $720 bucks?

Seems like a little bit of a mixed bag on what to do.  

Also invest in a Good wet dry vac with the filter bags and vacuum the heck out of the place to suck up the fleas and their eggs.

The most money I have saved yet is by brewing my own coffee, brown bagging my lunch and staying away from car payments.  

We usually hang shower curtains, add throw rugs, hangers and gift bags with tissue paper, a plant and door mat at the front door and lots of air fresheners.

It's a total mixed bag.
