our vision (uneducated newbie vision) was to flip a few houses inorder to put 20% CASH down on our first rental for bigger cash flow and more units...we only have 18k available  (leveraged)we have the people for the workwe are finding some good properties on the marketI work 60hrs a week and have 2 small children    the advisor is a good one and i believe is looking out for us... 

Angels get to know you, your vision and your deal/product/company...then they decide if the total package merits VC funding.  

Regardless, for this to function with any sort of success, what is required is a shared vision built on a foundation of trust.  

These should be the people in the room that are leaders with vision.

You always make it clear that emotions have no part in your vision of life.
