I once heard a pastor preach about the fact that the scarecrow is placed where the harvest is located, and only the old or more experienced crows know that they are to look for the scarecrow and head TOWARDS it and not away from it to get their dinner.A lot of very successful people use their fear as a fuel (the same way they use a refusal, a rejection or a failure like a vitamin).

Just from looking around, and the size of the electrical room I'd say between the 3 transformers, there must be about 500KW in capacity.The cutouts are pulled at the pole, and I know these transformers went under water.

its a fuel tank for a oil burning furnace , "heating oil" is basically diesel fuel , you normally have a 275 gallon tank either outside the house , in the basement or buried in the ground ( Buried becomes a major problem when they leak ) Heating oil is around $3.65 a gallon , so filling a tank can cost close to $1000 dollars
