They are likely exactly where they should be given the strong demand for housing, primarily being driven by wealthy tech workers moving into the area.Prices are huh because (1) strong population growth, (2) strong job growth, and (3) diverse economic base, particularly tech sector, and (4) great/unique culture ("Keep Austin Weird".

I look at building websites like building cars - the manufacture build the frame, and the person who buys it add the accessories they want.The same applies to websites...All you have to do is come up with the content (accessories) and have a manufacture build you a frame (your website).It's really that simple, but I didn't say it is easy.You can do it though if you make time for it...If at all possible, start with 10 minutes a day planning it out.Keep it Wealthy,Dhane

on the other hand if you don't have the money and the 5000$ positiv cashflow and you can't stand bad scenarios it's a no go to buy a breakeven propertyso overall:- if you are wealthy breakeven properties can be bought- if you are broke and can't stand any heat breakeven prperties should never be boughtwould you agree with it?
